Effective date: April 20, 2026.

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding contract between you (“Licensee”, “you”) and FOP Bakhnovskiy Maksym Valerijovych, Sole Proprietor registered in Ukraine (“Licensor”, “DigitalMakers™”, “we”), governing your use of our WordPress plugins (“Software”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.

1. License grant

1.1 Subject to payment and ongoing compliance with this EULA, DigitalMakers™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable license to:

  • Install and use the Software on WordPress websites that you own or operate;
  • Use the Software during the License Term (12 months from purchase, renewable).

1.2 Each license is for unlimited websites under your control, unless the product page explicitly states a per-site limit. License keys may be moved between your own sites without an activation limit.

1.3 Source code is delivered as PHP and JavaScript files, as is standard for WordPress plugins. This does not grant you the right to relicense or redistribute the source code.

2. Updates and support

2.1 During the License Term, you are entitled to plugin updates (security, compatibility, feature) and email support.

2.2 After the License Term ends without renewal:

  • The plugin will continue to function with existing features;
  • You will no longer receive updates or support;
  • Continued use is at your own risk, including compatibility with new WordPress and WooCommerce versions.

3. WordPress GPL compatibility

Our Software’s PHP code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+), as required by WordPress. This means:

  • You may modify the PHP code for your own use;
  • You may share modifications with others on websites you own, but redistribution of our Software or its derivative works as a separate product is governed by GPL.

However, the following items are not covered by GPL and are subject to separate restrictions:

  • Images, logos, fonts, CSS, and JavaScript assets (all rights reserved);
  • Trademarks and branding (“DigitalMakers™”, “DigitalMakers™ Premium”, product names);
  • The license key system and the right to receive updates and support from us;
  • Access to our servers (update server, license activation).

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software as a stand-alone product;
  • Remove or obscure any copyright or license notices;
  • Use the Software to infringe on any third party’s rights;
  • Circumvent the license-validation or update-check mechanism;
  • Use our trademarks or product names in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

5. Ownership

DigitalMakers™ retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, except the limited rights granted above. No implied licenses are granted.

6. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. See Sections 10–11 of the Terms of Service for the full warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability, which apply here by reference.

7. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you materially breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove it from your websites. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless provided by our Refund Policy.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Ukraine. See Section 15 of the Terms of Service for dispute resolution.
