We want you to be satisfied with our plugins. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on new purchases (not renewals). If, within 14 days of your original purchase, the plugin does not work as described or does not meet your needs, you may request a refund of your purchase, calculated as set out in §3.
This is more generous than the default for digital goods: under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once you download or activate the license. We waive that default and extend the goodwill period to 14 days for new purchases.
2. What is not eligible for a refund
- Renewal payments (subscriptions are renewed manually, so renewals are non-refundable).
- Purchases older than 14 days.
- Refund requests based on incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes you were warned about in our documentation.
- Cases of license abuse (circumvention, resale, sharing outside permitted scope).
- Cases where no good-faith effort has been made to request support first (see §3).
3. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Open a ticket on our Support page (recommended) — go to https://digitalmakers.com.ua/support-page/, create a new ticket, and select “Payment” as the request topic. Include your order number (or the email used at purchase) and a brief description of the issue.
- Or email us at [email protected] with the same information: your order number (or the email used at purchase) and a brief description of the issue, so that we can improve the plugin.
- If the refund is processed on the same calendar day as the original payment, the full amount paid will be returned. If processed on a later day, the amount returned is reduced by the non-refundable transaction fee charged by our payment provider (WayForPay) — see WayForPay’s refund policy for details.
Once we receive your request:
- We will reply within 3 business days.
- If the refund is approved, we will process it through WayForPay within 10 business days to the original payment method. The bank or card network may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
- Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the plugin from your site(s).
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are reasonable and will work with you. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account.
5. Free version
Our free (“Lite”) plugin versions on WordPress.org are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds (they are free).
6. Cancelling a subscription
There is nothing to cancel — subscriptions do not renew automatically. If you choose not to renew, your subscription simply ends at the close of the current paid period. No further charges will be made.
